How ironic! I didnt realize you were an Air Force Mom, too! CJ is home for holiday exodus right now -he leaves on Wednesday to go back to Washington state for Survival School. After that, he will be based outside of Pensacola, FL. He has only been enlisted since August and I havent always handeled it well. His job will have him on a plane bombing targets in warzones - makes me want to throw up!
I love that you had a doxie! Clipper is a cute name. Ours are fun to have - a handful and a lot of work but we love them. Fenway was our first and Chauncey is a rescue we have had for a year. We lost Nomar after only 2 years to kidney disease - that was awful.
Glad to hear that house isnt yours! I am a HUGE mimimalist so seeing those pics made me sweat!!
I am 59, married 39 years, to my one and only. We have 2 single boys, 29 and 33, the youngest is in N. CA,and in the USAF Reserves; the oldest is a welder, working big construction jobs, like his dad. My husband is a pipe welder, working heavy industrial construction jobs. I spend my time between our home and our 32' Travel Trailer, wherever he moves it to for work.
We live in the 'other' Arizona on the AZ/NM border....at 7100', where we have the change of seasons. It's beautiful here, to say the least----and COOL! We love to camp and just spend time in the forest/mountains. Did I mention I LOVE snow??
I have been with Stampin' Up! since October 2007, now a Manager, and LOVE doing workshops/classes. I love to create cards and send snail mail--it's becoming a lost art! I don't do much scrapbooking, but, I love to make alot of the paper crafts, mini ablums and 3D items. And, now, that Stampin' Up! has partnered with Project Life, I am doing a bit of that!
I also love to crochet for my 'therapy'! LOL But, that is SECOND to cutting paper! hehe
